The Nintendo DSi is the follow on to the hugely successful Nintendo DS handheld games console. When the DSi launched, Nintendo anticipated that the range of new features bundled into this next-gen console would set the markets alight with eager buyers. Unfortunately, they were wrong!

There’s no arguing that the DSi has some pretty cool features (webcam, built in audio player, DSi shop, etc) but sales of the previous version, the Nintendo DS, has proved pretty resilient. But this is good news for owners of the DS and Nintendo alike; it would be fair to say that any games console maker wants to get us all onto the very latest version of their consoles. The reason? Profit. Companies like Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft etc spend a lot of money developing new software and hardware in order to keep up with the demands of gamers but these products sell at a premium price which brings the makers big profit margins. As time goes on, and technologies become ’so yesterday’, the retailers need to drop prices. Now you can understand the huge advertising campaigns on the television and internet when a new console or game launches.

So which version of the DS will be the big winner this Christmas? The DSi has certainly racked up some impressive figures since it was launched just over 6 months ago: about 7 million units sold. Then again, when you look at the number of DS’s sold to date you’ll see it’s hit over 107 million consoles sold! Now that is an impressive figure. In fact, the number of DS consoles sold outstrips the combined figures for the Wii, XBox and PS…combined.

There’s no doubt we’ll see a strong demand for all things Nintendo related this Christmas (models such as the Nintendo pink DS are still very big sellers) but it’s not very likely that the DSi will outperform the DS…nOt yet, at least.

Palm Pre does manage to integrate touch screen and keyboard in one attractive package. The new palm pre has managed to pull off a feat for both touch screen and keypad users. It does have a great finish and comes in an attractive black casing that satisfies most of the pickiest. It is an improved version of any iPhone with a removable battery. Palm Pre also has a copy and paste feature with a better camera and a screen that simply tends to extend much beyond the display so that one can view an inch below the screen.

It has a great web integration and a universal search system that makes it a version 1.0 device. It is considered as a multi-tasking phone. One can always listen to Pandora while checking your mails in your Gmail account. Palm Pre phone has a great efficiency to run on multiple apps. The phone manages to treat most of the applications as cards making it pretty easy to flip through different deck of cards.

Most of the apps are live even when they are minimized so one does not actually lose their place even when moving on different menu option. One can certainly manage to pull info, photos and online status from the facebook or even Gmail while exchanging huge data from address book. One can easily chat and manage account just by a single touch. Palm Pre also gives its users a multiple choice of networks.

The Modern Warfare 2 storyline is set a few years after Call Of Duty 4 and sergeant “soap” (the main character from Call Of Duty 4) returns as a non-playable character and is now a captain in the special air service. MacTavish leads an elite, multinational commando unit, to counter a Russian organization. The organization is led by Vladimir Makarov, a former associate of Imran Zakhaev, who has been portraying Zakhaev’s death as an act of martyrdom to gain support for his cause. He has built a strong power base in Russia over the years and in response MacTavish and his elite unit has been given the task to stop him. Missions are held in the mountains of Russia, an Afghanistan desert and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Cartoon Networks started an amine in 2005 series called Ben 10. The show was mainly about a boy who acquires an alien device called omnitrix. Omnitrix lets Ben to transform into ten superheroes Heat Blast, Wild Mutt, Grey Matter, XLR8, Ghost Freak, Diamond Head, Upgrade, Stinkfly, Wild Vine and a whole lot more heroes appear along the show. They all have super cool Alien powers that totally kick butt!! !It grew so famous that almost every boy wanted to buy Ben 10 Items. However later in 2007 Cartoon Networks replaced the original episodes with less good series called Ben 10 – Alien Superhero Adventures

Many kids still want their old cartoon Ben 10 series back however, They refuse to show the old carton and instead keep forcing the new on for no particular reason.

I wish there was some way we could get the old Ben 10 show back. I miss Gradpa Max, Gwen’s fights with Ben 10 and all of that. And new Ben 10 is more grown up so he does not really do any silly things that Ben used to do. Gwen is also grown up and for some reason Kevin has also joined them. I guess there are some kids who like the new series, but most of the kids that I talked to in the forums prefer to watch Ben 10

Ben 10 is this cool cartoon that was on Cartoon network. I had to get every season, so I could watch it anytime I wanted. It’s one of my all time favorite shows that I love to watch!!
